Getting Started With Fusion Accountants Couldn’t Be Easier

So, you have decided like hundreds of other entrepreneurs to use Fusion Accountants, what happens next?

Once you have joined us here’s what happens:

  1. Your dedicated accountant will be in touch within 24 hours to kick start the above process

  2. Contact your existing accountant (if any) so that we can take over the management of your accounts

  3. Collect your important tax information:

    • Your Unique Taxpayer Reference numbers (UTR: 0–10-digit codes that uniquely identify you or your business)

    • VAT registration number

    • Find out what software you use**

  4. Receive a ’Welcome email’ introducing ourselves and your dedicated client manager

  5. Set up an account on our client management platform - Senta so we can connect all your favourite apps and software (Quickbooks, Xero, GoCardless). Just supply us with some ID, such as proof of address and your business details.

  6. Introduce you to accounting software or add you to some software of your choice.

  7. We will give you a follow-up call to make sure everything is going OK

**We also provide training on any new software or can do a refresh if you have not used your software for a while.
